Description

You will design and implement technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
• Design and architect solutions across modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, or custom applications.
• Document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate technical designs to client-facing audiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience configuring workflows, UI policies, data policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and solutioning.
• Technical experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS in one or more modules.
• Experience with MID Servers, third-party tool integrations, CMDB, and data modeling.
