Description

Design and implement integrated ServiceNow software solutions as a technical lead.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services to install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow software products.
• Conduct workshops to articulate solution value to stakeholders.
• Develop custom software solutions using scripting and software development techniques.
• Guide the setup and configuration of customized probes, sensors, patterns, and API-based integrations.
• Lead technical strategy and support for Asset and CMDB-related initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow installation, configuration, and integration.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and scripting for custom solutions.
• 5+ years of experience configuring custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• 5+ years of experience providing guidance on probes, sensors, and patterns.
• Expertise in at least two of the following: SecOps, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, or HAM.
• Strong background in software delivery and technical leadership.
• Experience with Asset and CMDB.

• Bachelor’s degree.
