Description

You will design and lead the technical delivery of scalable ServiceNow architectures aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and execution of proof of concepts for ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of various ServiceNow modules and enterprise integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to a team of developers and administrators.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and technical documentation.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including project sizing, scoping, and driving customer workshops and presentations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering multiple ServiceNow projects.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, upgrades, and platform integrations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, SOAP, and REST APIs for infrastructure platform integrations.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, SPM, APM, HAM, SAM, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Experience with Configuration Management Lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently in an agile environment.
• Strong capability to propose, own, and execute innovative architectural designs.
• Excellent communication skills for driving technical workshops and customer presentations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow product management experience.
