Description

Lead end-to-end architecture design for ServiceNow implementations and enterprise transformations, defining standards, governance, and technical leadership for development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and review integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and performance by applying platform architecture and data model best practices.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical audits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with extensive ServiceNow architecture background.
• ServiceNow Solution Architect (CTA) certification and solution architecture leadership.
• Module expertise across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, data modeling, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Enterprise integration design using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Integration Hub experience.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and ITOM.
• TOGAF exposure for enterprise architecture alignment.
