Description

You will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for ServiceNow implementations and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define pragmatic, commercially viable solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Detail business, application, data, infrastructure, and security elements to enable implementation teams.
• Ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are met, documented, and signed off by stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to align solutions with business and technology strategy.
• Identify minimum viable products and quick wins to realize business benefits with reduced risk.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• ServiceNow subject matter expertise.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end solution architectures.
• Experience managing testing, release, transition, and operational support considerations.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex and intermittent technical challenges.
• Lead internal and external SMEs through the solution design and implementation lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management and sign-off facilitation.
