Description

You will design and lead the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across GRC, SecOps, ITSM, and ITOM platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the architectural vision and roadmap for end-to-end ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Lead the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems including LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to scripting, business rules, and UI policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules with strong stakeholder management.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and JWT for system integrations.
• Strong command of JavaScript, business rules, and UI policies for customization.
• Ability to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory integration patterns.
• Background in SAP integration within ServiceNow environments.
