Description

You will design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and long-term digital transformation goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you lead solution definition across multiple modules, govern design decisions, and ensure scalability, security, and upgrade safety.

Responsibilities

• Define holistic solution architectures spanning process, data, integrations, and security for modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Translate business objectives into scalable target architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles and ServiceNow product roadmaps.
• Partner with Platform Architects to define technical architecture, integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub), and data models.
• Lead solution definition for complex opportunities, including RFP responses, scope, estimates, and executive discussions.
• Provide architectural oversight during delivery, validating designs, managing trade-offs, and ensuring adherence to approved solution blueprints.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture or enterprise application consulting.
• Strong cross-domain experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integration capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and value-driven solutions.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe platform designs.
