Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC modules.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for all ServiceNow implementations.
• Design custom integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Perform platform health checks, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure security and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while conducting architectural reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs for external system integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and data privacy.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and ITIL methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
