Description

You will design and guide the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple platforms and modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM-CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and HAM/SAM.
• Define the architectural vision and roadmap by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules, maintaining scalability and best practices.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, enforcing coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow implementation, specifically ITSM and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB design, architecture, and implementation using the ServiceNow CMDB model.
• Proven experience implementing HAM or SAM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring systems and third-party tools.
• Familiarity in scripting technologies including JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Experience implementing ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in custom module implementations and platform optimization within ServiceNow.
