Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for ServiceNow implementations and enterprise transformations.
• Define and drive architectural standards, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and review integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical audits.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and performance by applying ServiceNow platform architecture and data model best practices.

Skills Required:

• 10-20 years of overall IT experience with extensive ServiceNow architecture experience
• ServiceNow Solution Architect (CTA) experience and solution architecture leadership
• ServiceNow module expertise across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM
• ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
• Enterprise integration design using REST and SOAP APIs

Good to Have:

• Integration Hub experience
• CMDB and ITOM depth
• TOGAF exposure for enterprise architecture alignment

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
