Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow architectures. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines.
• Map business requirements to standard ServiceNow functionality to minimize customization.
• Partner with application and technology teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers through backlog refinement and solution breakdown.
• Liaise between application stakeholders and technology teams to communicate technical solutions to business clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, and CIS certifications.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM, Telecom Service Management, and Order Management.
• Proficiency with Web Services, including RESTful and SOAP.
• Strong understanding of TMForum principles regarding solution architecture.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to follow ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
