Description

Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to solve complex business problems for stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging full ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Oversee implementation of complex solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Lead transformation programs and provide industry-specific consulting and advisory services.
• Pitch innovation and thought leadership strategies directly to CXO-level executives.
• Manage diverse teams and project stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and architecting end-to-end solutions.
• 7+ years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in designing complex ServiceNow custom applications and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting language.
• Experience leading and guiding teams in a global, multi-timezone environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage CXOs and high-level customer stakeholders.
• Experience in Technology/Hi-Tech, Software, Professional Services, or Manufacturing domains.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas.
