Description

You will design and guide the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, leading architecture discussions and ensuring end-to-end delivery from design through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions as the S2P representative and define product roadmaps.
• Guide configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow and its integrations with financial systems.
• Translate product roadmaps into user stories and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support development teams with design documents, testing, and implementation guidance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Solution Architecture and Implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Proficiency in Integration Architecture and building interfaces with Financial Systems.
• Strong ability in Technical Documentation and Design Leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile and SDLC Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading S2P (Source-to-Pay) specific ServiceNow implementations.
