Lead technical and functional delivery of enterprise-wide Service Management improvements using the ServiceNow suite.
Responsibilities
Drive the definition and standardization of Service Management business processes across assignments.
Direct significant aspects of ongoing ServiceNow software suite implementations.
Translate business requests into functional and technical requirements that can be estimated for complexity.
Build and present technical solutions and proposals to global clients and C-level executives.
Manage workload while planning and directing the activities of others, including work planning and status reporting.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Solution Architect roles across multiple ServiceNow implementations.
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Asset Management, CSM, GRC, Security Operations, ITBM, or HR Case Management.
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Data Model and integration architecture, specifically APIs.
Proven experience in the development and implementation of SaaS and cloud platforms.
Expertise in Service Management business processes and ServiceNow administration.
Ability to work with diverse functional and technical teams on concurrent workstreams.
Experience in Application Development and IP creation.
Preferred Skills
Certified Scrum Master, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Application Developer.
