Description

You will design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, aligning with business and IT strategies.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for ServiceNow implementations.
• Architect scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC.
• Oversee the design of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal business impact.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications.
• In-depth knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer).
• Experience integrating with external systems via REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and data privacy best practices.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and modern integration strategies.
