Description

Lead the technical design and strategic implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create technical design documents and validate test plans with SMEs.
• Drive Asset and CMDB strategy, including ITSM, compliance, and asset management use cases.
• Conduct workshops to articulate solution value and business direction.
• Develop custom software solutions through scripting and ServiceNow API integrations.
• Lead solution demonstrations and strategic technical efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery.
• 5+ years of IT software consulting experience.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow products.
• Expertise in at least two of the following: SecOps, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, or HAM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs and custom integrations.
• Proficiency in application mapping and impact analysis configuration.
• Experience configuring customized probes, sensors, and patterns.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
