Description

You will design and maintain end-to-end solution architectures for ServiceNow programs, translating business requirements into technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules. You will own the architecture documentation, guide delivery teams, and ensure adherence to quality and governance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual and detailed architecture documentation for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and end-to-end solution designs.
• Champion quality standards and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Support governance activities, including navigating the Technology Assurance Process.
• Identify delivery risks, mitigate issues, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of relevant experience, including Solution Architecture and ServiceNow delivery ownership.
• Extensive ServiceNow solution architecture experience with application design guidance.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM modules within ServiceNow.
• Business analysis capability to translate requirements into technical architectures.
• Integration experience to support end-to-end service workflows and connectivity.
• Experience with BRD creation and requirement gathering practices.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to HRSD within ServiceNow.
• People management experience.
