Description

You will drive the overall ServiceNow platform solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap across multiple workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for multi-module implementations including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, CMDB/CSDM, and Integrations.
• Facilitate business and technical workshops to gather requirements, define use cases, and determine architectural decisions.
• Create and own Solution Blueprints, Process Definition Documents (PDDs), data models, process maps, and interface architectures.
• Design future-state architectures that are scalable, upgrade-safe, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Guide delivery teams on configuration versus customization to ensure maintainability and upgradeability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• Deep platform knowledge with multi-module expertise across ITSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, and Integrations.
• Proficiency with ITSM, HRSD, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Experience using REST APIs for system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Experience leading solution design for large-scale or complex ServiceNow programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Now Assist capabilities.
• Knowledge of ITOM.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
