You will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex ServiceNow solutions, leading the implementation of ITSM applications.
• Develop and configure IT service desk workflows to streamline operations.
• Integrate AI agents and advanced technologies into the ServiceNow platform.
• Consult with customers and senior leadership to define implementation roadmaps and obtain design acceptance.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise regarding ServiceNow architecture and ITIL methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of IT service desk workflows and ITIL processes.
• Proven experience integrating AI agents into ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
