Description

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and act as the platform owner for global deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementations for ITSM, CSM, and SPM application suites.
• Drive discovery, design, and workshops to map business requirements to platform capabilities.
• Own solution design, pricing, effort estimation, and drafting of Statements of Work.
• Lead and manage offshore teams within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Defend technical solutions and communicate architectural decisions to C-Suite stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in Architect, Developer, or Business Analyst roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution design and effort estimation.
• Strong developer background with the ability to write scripts.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, and SPM application suites.
• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow versions, features, and licensing models.
• ServiceNow certification is required.
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale deployments for global organizations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
