Key Skills: ServiceNow, IT Asset Management, ITOM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for ITOM and ITAM use cases, aligned to enterprise requirements.
• Define solution architecture, data model approach, and integration patterns across ServiceNow and external systems.
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and produce solution documentation and implementation guidance.
• Support delivery by advising on configuration, workflows, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 20 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM/IT operations solutions
• ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation experience
• ServiceNow platform configuration and integration design experience
• Scalable design for IT operations and asset management use cases
• Experience designing ServiceNow workflows and integrations for ITOM/ITAM scenarios

Good to Have:

• ITOM (IT Operations Management) experience in ServiceNow
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience in ServiceNow

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
