Description

Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) use cases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture, data model approaches, and integration patterns across ServiceNow and external systems.
• Lead technical design reviews to ensure solution quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and produce solution documentation and implementation guidance.
• Advise on configuration, workflows, and best practices to support ServiceNow implementation delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM/IT operations solutions.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong background in ServiceNow platform configuration and integration design.
• Ability to design scalable solutions for IT operations and asset management use cases.
• Experience designing ServiceNow workflows and integrations specifically for ITOM/ITAM scenarios.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ITOM experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience within the ServiceNow platform.
