Description

You will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and CSM, bridging technical architecture with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and lead pre-sales demos and proofs of value for prospective customers.
• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and Performance Analytics.
• Configure custom applications using UI Builder, Mobile App Engine, Workspaces, and script-based rules (Assignment, Approval, ACL, UI Policy, Client Script).
• Manage the full application development lifecycle: design, coding, debugging, testing, and query optimization.
• Mentor project teams through peer reviews and provide technical guidance on functional requirements and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of IT services experience with a minimum of 4 years on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with Enterprise Management tools and 5+ years of client-facing consulting.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL V4 processes and hands-on experience implementing them within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in scripting and frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, and React.
• Experience with database management (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Postgres) and integrations (REST/SOAP, SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAUTH, SFTP).
• Ability to draft use cases, functional requirements, proposals, and statements of work.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Experience with Agent Workspace and Virtual Agent implementations.
