Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across GRC, SecOps, and other applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, defining the architectural vision and roadmap.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Establish governance processes ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of ServiceNow environments.
• Lead system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements for new releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript, business rules, and UI policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP.
• Ability to interpret and strategize on complex business processes and technical concepts.
• Experience with ITIL principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerability and risk management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define technical strategy.
