Description

You will architect solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process flows and redesign processes in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Develop High Level and Low Level Design Documents for ServiceNow proposals.
• Produce functional design documents matching customer requirements.
• Create technical specifications for custom development and system integration.
• Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations.
• 3-6 years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience.
• Proven Solutions consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, SPM, HRSD, CSM.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SystemAdmin, and Developer roles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Experience with web-based and service-based architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ability to train implementation specialists.
• Advanced experience in ServiceNow e-bonding and integrations with custom solutions.
• Familiarity with project methodologies.
