Description

Design and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build client solutions prioritizing upgradability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Resolve business problems by leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Deliver High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and secure client sign-off.
• Own design documentation and drive progress through TDA Governance.
• Manage internal and client/vendor stakeholders across feature roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in solution design on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven track record delivering ITAM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Architect-level knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and migrations.
• Experience integrating third-party tools with ServiceNow using REST or SOAP.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow spokes, Service Graph Connectors, and Integration Hub.
• Ability to manage code and update sets according to ServiceNow best practices.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as a ServiceNow Solutions SME.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) alongside ITAM.
