Description

Design and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Design and implement project schedules while managing multiple priorities.
• Optimize architecture activities by balancing business constraints with technological realities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total professional experience.
• 5-7 years in professional services or customer support operations.
• 3-6 years in ITSM systems integration and/or implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proven experience with Non-ITSM technologies including HRSD, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• K knowledge of web-based, service-based, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with solution consulting and project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience with other Service Management tools such as BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, or HP.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
