Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice technical architectures.
• Manage full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
• Guide client stakeholders and delivery teams on architectural strategy.
• Define and implement ITIL processes and best practices within the platform.
• Design custom ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 7 years focused on ServiceNow in an architect or development capacity.
• Expert knowledge in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• Proficiency in platform-level scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
• Demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing custom ServiceNow applications.
