Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow architecture tailored to telecom business processes.
• Lead OMT implementations to meet industry requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with BSS/OSS systems.
• Manage order management workflows and API integrations.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Extensive experience in the Telecom Domain.
• Hands-on experience with OMT Implementation.
• Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems.
• Proficiency in Order Management processes.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Working knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
