Description

Lead technical solutioning and architecture for ServiceNow projects, aligning platform strategy with business objectives and enterprise standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and development best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement complex ITSM solutions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Deploy and optimize Now Assist features, including intelligent summarization, routing, and conversational AI within Virtual Agent.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP APIs and managing MID Servers.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI principles in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Experience optimizing CMDB and CSDM data models.
