Description

You will design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, aligning technical implementation with business needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow Solution Architecture principles.
• Develop custom logic using ServiceNow Scripting, including JavaScript and Glide API.
• Configure and manage platform functionality using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Gather requirements and document specifications via BRD, FRD, and user stories.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in relevant IT roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Solution Architecture.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration (workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts).
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, and Custom Apps modules.
• Experience in Business Requirement Gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology.
• Any Graduate degree.
