Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation across the platform. The role involves working closely with enterprise stakeholders, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring delivery aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead solution design and architecture for ServiceNow implementations
Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide architectural guidance across modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM
Define integration strategy using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with pre-sales teams for estimations and proposals
Review configurations, customizations, and integrations for performance and scalability
Mentor development and functional teams
Support client demos, presentations, and technical discussions
Ensure governance and adherence to platform standards

Required Skills
8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and enterprise implementations
Hands-on experience in one or more modules: ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / HRSD / CSM
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party tools
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and platform capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
ServiceNow CSA certification (preferred/mandatory)
CIS or other ServiceNow certifications
Experience in pre-sales or client-facing roles
Exposure to cloud transformation or automation programs
