Description

You will lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation for ServiceNow, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
• Conduct discovery workshops and define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Provide architectural guidance across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Review configurations, customizations, and integrations for performance and scalability.
• Mentor development teams and support client demos and technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Hands-on experience in one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party tools.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience in pre-sales or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to cloud transformation or automation programs.
