Description

You will lead the strategic direction and technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design platform trajectory and maintain a product roadmap.
• Define technical governance, data management strategies, and development standards.
• Guide development teams building solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, and SecOps.
• Interface with IT and functional business leads to ensure platform value delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation within the Knowledge Base.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• 6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in senior roles.
• 6+ years building and maintaining REST APIs.
• 6+ years with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
• 6+ years with SQL and relational databases.
• 4+ years with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• 2+ years with HRSD, GRC, and Security Operations modules.
• 2+ years architecting complex solutions on ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Developer and Certified Administrator certifications.
• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL v4.
• Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI implementation and a genuine interest in AI technologies.
