Description

Lead the architectural design, roadmap, and governance for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, defining data models, integration strategies, and system standards.
• Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Mentor developers and administrators while reviewing vendor and internal solutions for architectural adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB modules.
• Proven experience designing integrations using MID Servers, APIs, and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, release cycles, and security standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise data exchange frameworks and service mapping.
• Track record of enforcing development standards across internal teams and third-party vendors.
