Description

Lead the architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Review and validate solutions developed by internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in architecting integrations using MID Servers, APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience with data exchange frameworks.
• Ability to validate technical solutions for internal and vendor teams.
• Familiarity with platform performance reviews and security considerations.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in a related technical field.
