Description

Lead the architectural design, roadmap, and technical strategy for the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Conduct platform performance reviews to ensure reliability and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in architecture roles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Architecture.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB modules.
• Experience architecting integrations using APIs and Web Services.
• Knowledge of data model strategy and platform governance.
• Ability to guide developers and administrators on platform best practices.
