Description

Define the architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB. Establish governance, enforce development standards, and lead technical strategy for integrations and data models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Architect integrations using MID Servers, APIs, web services, and data exchange frameworks.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Review and validate solutions from internal teams and vendors to ensure architectural compliance.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators while overseeing configuration and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB modules.
• Strong background in platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
• Experience with system reliability, scalability, and security reviews.
• Ability to design and guide complex integrations and data model strategies.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience staying current with ServiceNow releases and emerging platform capabilities.
