Description

Lead the architectural design, roadmap, and governance for the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
• Architect integrations using MID Servers, APIs, web services, and data exchange frameworks.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators while reviewing vendor solutions for adherence to architectural guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, service mapping, and data quality strategies.
• Proficiency in Web Services, APIs, and MID Server configurations.
• Experience conducting platform performance reviews to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Ability to enforce development standards and validate technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification(s) in Architecture or specific modules.
• Experience with emerging platform capabilities and release management.
