Description

Lead architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices for ServiceNow.
• Architect and guide integrations using MID Servers, APIs, web services, and data exchange frameworks.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Review and validate solutions developed by internal teams and vendors to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB modules.
• Proven track record in platform governance and development standards enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data model strategy.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Experience with platform performance reviews, reliability, and security.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with emerging platform capabilities and best practices.
