You will design and architect technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions across ITIL, ITSM, and CSM modules.
• Implement and manage workflows for FSM, GRC, and ITOM.
• Leverage Integration Hub to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing service management workflows.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with ITIL/ITSM.
• Deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proven experience with Field Service Management (FSM).
• Technical proficiency in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML applications.
• Experience using Integration Hub.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
