Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall architecture and integrity of the ServiceNow application.
• Lead requirements, scoping, and design workshops to ensure documented delivery.
• Provide technical mentoring and expert-level support to the implementation team.
• Deliver Proof of Concept and Proof of Value engagements for prospects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience with 5+ years in a relevant domain.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and constraints.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and BCM applications.
• Proficiency in Glide Scripting and JavaScript programming.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, HTML, CSS, XHTML, and Workflow.
• Knowledge of Service Portal concepts and UI development.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, performance, and monitoring.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and ITIL certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling major incident calls and releases.
