Description

Lead ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise implementations, focusing on IRM/GRC, CRM/HRSD, and AI/ML capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-first solutions, including GenAI and AI Agent use cases, to accelerate customer adoption.
• Lead enterprise implementations and production deployments for ServiceNow platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to scale implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to enterprise customers and system integrators.
• Drive customer success through Agile delivery and problem-solving, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong background in CRM/HRSD implementations.
• Proven ability to design GenAI and AI Agent solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to create reference architectures and enablement materials.
