Description

Design and oversee the technical implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture and module configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow platform architecture and configure modules to meet business needs.
• Lead and mentor development teams by providing technical guidance and support.
• Configure workflows and scripting to address complex business requirements.
• Implement integrations using Integration Hub Enterprise and Application Engine Studio.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and workflow configuration.
• Practical experience with Integration Hub Enterprise and Citizen Development via Application Engine Studio (AES).
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, IRM, and ITAM processes.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
