Drive enterprise-wide design and delivery of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade solutions by translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Establish and govern architectural standards and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and present recommendations for platform value realization to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and guide delivery teams on integration patterns and data models.
• Mentor solution delivery teams, balancing delivery speed with platform health.

Required Skills

• Expert-level architecture and design skills on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep proficiency in ServiceNow capabilities: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and FSM.
• Experience with advanced workflow automation and platform data model design.
• Proficiency in complex third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Consulting skills to present technical designs to technical and non-technical leaders.
• Strategic leadership abilities to guide and coach solution delivery teams.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Any Graduate degree.
