Description

You will design and implement Service Operations Management (SOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform for the telecom industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-level SOM solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Architect cloud-based solutions and model complex technical architectures.
  • Influence decision-makers through technical leadership and clear communication.
  • Present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the Telecom industry.
  • Proven experience designing SOM solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with architecture modeling and diagramming tools.
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise-level applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in a technical field.
