Description

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement maintainable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Install, configure, and test new applications and features in sandbox and development environments.
• Integrate asset management with ITSM/ITOM processes including CMDB, Incident, Change, and Procurement.
• Research ServiceNow capabilities and releases to advise on platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development, including Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP integrations and third-party API interaction.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
