Description

Lead ServiceNow architecture development, enhancements, and implementations while providing technical leadership to development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture development and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to utilize ServiceNow for managing enterprise services through AI and automation.
• Build technical roadmaps and provide recommendations to enhance platform capabilities.
• Guide development team leads and provide hands-on assistance to development teams as needed.
• Oversee enterprise-wide architecture and manage multiple simultaneous implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• 5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow development teams.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
• CIS certifications in multiple areas including CSM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SPM, APM, SAM, or HAM.
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HR.
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions, reviews, and driving technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM).
• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or 18+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web development: HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, Workflows, and External Portals.
