Description

Lead technical and functional implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow FSM solutions and processes.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Develop custom features and functionalities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow and FSM modules with third-party systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and scripts.
• Configure and develop the ServiceNow Mobile App and deploy MID servers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow FSM solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs for system integration.
• Strong scripting skills for platform development.
• Experience with MID server configuration and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications specifically related to FSM.
