Description

Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions, including domain separation and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement domain separation environments for service providers.
• Create high-level solution design documents and technical implementation roadmaps.
• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet business and functional requirements.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and file-based transfers.
• Translate requirements into technical architecture and user stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in CSM, SPM, and ITSM modules.
• Proven experience with domain separation environments.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services.
• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and automate complex processes.
• Experience creating technical, functional, and configuration documentation.
• Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to support platform stability.
